I am an experimental space scientist and professor with a background in electronic engineering. My primary research activity is in the the high-altitude high-latitude atmosphere and near-Earth space environment using high-power radar as well as bespoke night-vision optical systems. Private interests include travel, wildlife, off-roading, and ancient architecture.
